In this pic, whether it’s thrown away or intentionally left by someone without brains and irresponsibility, it’s an act of total irresponsibility.
Perhaps the culprit takes it lightly, thinking that the trash will be collected.
This picture was taken after four days of the mentioned trash being seen on the roadside, polluting and damaging the beloved image of Ipoh city.
