Have you ever tasted the best Korean Marinated Grilled Lamb in Ipoh? If not, head over to the Jom Iftar Citarasa Buffet at Excelsior Ipoh.
The speciality of this Korean Marinated Grilled Lamb lies in its tender texture and the secret marination sauce crafted by experienced chefs.
Zameer Hamzah, 36, one of the visitors, exclaimed that he had never experienced such delicious Grilled Lamb before.
“I’m a staunch fan of Grilled Lamb, and a friend recommended trying it here. It truly exceeded my expectations. It’s the most delicious in Ipoh, unmatched by any other.
“The tender texture of the meat combined with the Korean-style marinade sauce is truly delightful, especially when paired with Black Pepper Sauce, Tamarind Sauce, and Mint Sauce (Pudina). I wanted to have more, but unfortunately, it was all taken by other visitors.
“This is the highlight of the Ramadan buffet at this hotel. Apart from the Grilled Lamb, other dishes are equally amazing, such as the Hainanese-style Special Chicken Rice with Bean Sprouts.
“Other main dishes worth trying include Tempoyak Gulai with Patin Fish, Ayam Masak Merah, Stir-fried Ginger Beef, Rendang Tok, and several others. Their flavours truly mesmerized me,” he said.
The Jom Iftar Citarasa Buffet at Excelsior is held at the Dulang Coffee House from March 15th to April 7th, 2024, from 6:30 PM to 10:00 PM.
The Dulang Coffee House, located on the ground floor, can accommodate up to 150 guests at a time. Additionally, a comfortable prayer room is available on the first floor.
