In a celebration of traditional Malay cuisine, M Roof Hotel & Residences invites guests to experience the richness of Ramadan with their themed buffet, ‘Citarasa Desa’ (Village Flavours).
Among the highlights of the spread are Ayam Masak Merah, Kangkung Masak Belacan, Ikan Bakar, Udang Masak Cili, and an assortment of fresh ‘ulam-ulaman’ (Malay Salad) accompanied by various sambals, ensuring a taste of home for those unable to return to their villages.
Savour the delightful selection of traditional ‘Malay Kuih-Muih’ such as Pulut Panggang, Kuih Seri Muka, Kuih Lopes, and many more, evoking a sense of nostalgia for breaking fast with family in the village.
Guests can also indulge in a variety of freshly prepared dishes at live cooking stations offering Cucur Udang, Keropok Lekor, Mee Rebus, Pasembur, and Rojak Buah.
The Citarasa Desa Ramadan Buffet runs from March 18th to March 29th, 2024, excluding Saturdays and Sundays, from 6:30 PM to 10:00 PM.
In addition to the spacious and comfortable dining area, prayer rooms are also available.
Prices are RM78 for adults aged 12 to 59, RM68 for individuals aged 60 and above, and RM38 for children aged 4 to 11.
