IPOH: Op Selamat XXII (22) was launched in conjunction with the celebration of Hari Raya Aidilfitri 2024 for Perak State Police Contingent level at the Ipoh South Toll Plaza (Northbound) today.
The Perak State Traffic Investigation and Enforcement Department (JSPT) stated that Op Selamat XXII (22) in conjunction with the Hari Raya Aidilfitri 2024 celebration will commence from April 8, 2024, until April 13, 2024.
This year’s Op Selamat not only focuses on road safety but also emphasizes property safety, while maintaining the previous theme of ‘Safe Home, Safe Arrival at Destination’.
The launch was officiated by the Perak Chief of Police, Datuk Sri Mohd Yusri Hassan Basri.
Also present were the Deputy Chief of Police Perak, Datuk Azizi Mat Aris; Director of PERKESO Perak State, V. Mohanadas; PLUS Central Region Manager, Hot Hamzah; Chief of the Crime Prevention and Community Safety Department, SAC Ng Koon Soon; and Chief of Perak State Traffic Investigation and Enforcement Department, Supt. Sahimi Husin.
