GOPENG: For the first time, a ‘World Cup’ level program, the Kampar River Festival 2024, will be held at Dataran Sungai Jahang here.
The program, organized by the Kampar District Council, will be held for three days starting from May 24.
The public is welcome to join the program, which offers a variety of interesting activities.
There will be various activities for visitors besides the Whitewater Rafting Race.
Among the activities are the Geopark Talk, Rafter and Camper Gathering, and Indigenous Cultural Dance.
Additionally, there will be River Conservation activities, traditional sports, workshops, vendor exhibitions, and an inflatable park for children.
