KUALA LUMPUR: Menteri Besar of Perak, Datuk Seri Saarani Mohamad received a courtesy visit from the Australian High Commissioner, H.E. Danielle Heinecke, here recently.
The purpose of this visit was to constructively discuss various important issues.
The meeting also served to strengthen bilateral cooperation between Australia and the state of Perak.
During this session, both parties emphasized the importance of continuity and close cooperation in various industries.
This includes the development of minerals, manufacturing, Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET), education, tourism, and several aspects that can contribute to the economic growth of the state.
Also present were State Secretary, Datuk Ahmad Suaidi Abdul Rahim and Chairman of the State Tourism, Industry, Investment and Corridor Development Committee Perak, Loh Sze Yee.
