Yayasan Ipoh held a Mini Sport Day event at the Yayasan Ipoh Convention Centre, organised by their Occupational & Speech Therapy Unit. The event had activities which were aimed to improve the coordination, strength and balance of children, in order to prepare them for everyday life, as well as to encourage them to interact with other kids in a positive and social environment.
7 staff from the Occupational & Speech Therapy Unit and Daycare, supervised a group of 15 participating children, alongside their parents and guardians.
Four games were set up: “Feed the Animal”, “Pick Up the Apple”, “Feel and Find”, and “Hoola Hoop”.
