The Education Welfare Research Foundation (EWRF) Ipoh Branch held a programme yesterday, called “Empowering Orang Asli Children”, at SK De La Salle, Kampar, Perak.
EWRF Ipoh Branch sponsored the book, “Buku Aktiviti Minda” for 30 orang Asli Students from years 1, 2 and 3. Delivered by EWRF Ipoh Branch Chairman, Mr. Sylverster Dhas, with SK De La, Kampar’s headmistress Puan Usha present, the gifting of these books is very meaningful as they’ll give the children a leg up for their education.
Mr. Sylverster Dhas expressed his thanks to the headmistress, Puan Usha, as well as EWRF Ipoh Branch Secretary, Ms. Vronika, EWRF committee members and EWRF National President, Mr. Muthamil for supporting EWRF Ipoh Branch Programmes.
