IPOH: Toll collection on the West Coast Expressway (WCE) Section 11 (South Taiping – Trong – Beruas) will commence on July 24 at 12:01 AM.
The 35.5-kilometer stretch has been operating toll-free since its official opening on March 12.
The WCE toll collection will be entirely electronic, and users are advised to ensure their e-wallet and Touch ‘n Go card balances are sufficient.
Users are also encouraged to refer to the infographic or download the ‘WCE App’ for further information.
Section 11, from the South Taiping Interchange to the Beruas Interchange, was previously opened in March.
This opening completes the entire WCE section in Perak, which includes four sections: Section 8, 9, 10, and 11.
Overall, this 233km highway connects Selangor to Perak.
