Construction of 129 Semi-Detached Factories to Boost Ipoh’s Economy

IPOH: A new economic hub is set to be developed in this city with the launch of a project comprising 129 semi-detached, half-storey factories in Menglembu.

The project is being undertaken by property developer Lex World Sdn Bhd.

This initiative is expected to significantly contribute to the development of the Menglembu and Lahat areas, given its strategic location.

Spanning 17 acres, these 129 semi-detached, half-storey factories are projected to bring progress and job opportunities to the local community.

Indirectly, it will also attract the younger generation to work and contribute to the economic growth of Ipoh City.

Earlier, the project’s opening ceremony was officiated by the Mayor of Ipoh, Dato’ Rumaizi Baharin.

In his speech, he stated that the Ipoh City Council always supports and aids the development of such projects to ensure sustainability and technological advancement.

“I am very impressed with Lex World for incorporating solar systems, 24-hour services, and EV charging points to create new, sustainable, and environmentally friendly energy solutions,” he said.
