IPOH: The uneven and cracked shoulder of the road near Jalan Queen, Pasir Pinji poses a significant risk to road users, particularly motorcyclists.

Residents have reported that a complaint was submitted to the Ipoh City Council (MBI) last year, but no action has been taken to date.

They noted that incidents where motorcyclists nearly fell, due to potholes and uneven road conditions are common.

They emphasized that road upgrades and repairs should be carried out before a serious accident occurs.

“This road is in front of properties at No. 293 and 294 on Jalan Queen, Pasir Pinji.

“The extent of the damage is quite severe and presents a threat to road users.

“We urge MBI or the responsible authorities to pave this road promptly to prevent more severe accidents,” they told Peraktastic/Ipoh Echo.
