Founded by husband-and-wife duo Chris and Nancy Thong, who are dedicated to sustainable agriculture and eco-friendly living, Jiwa Asli Organic effectively combines sustainable agriculture with community empowerment. Their mission is to teach the Jahai and Temiar people in their own villages the principles of organic farming, ensuring that every harvest supports both the rainforest and the local economy.
The Thongs’ 3-acre farm in Manjung plays a key role in this initiative, serving as a central training ground where the Orang Asli come to learn and refine their organic farming skills. Produce is cultivated both at the Thongs’ farm and in the Orang Asli’s own villages, resulting in a diverse selection of fresh, organic fruits and vegetables, along with free-range chicken, eggs, and freshly caught fish.
The Orang Asli communities have embraced this initiative wholeheartedly, trusting The Thongs and their team to guide them through the process. They’ve seen the rewards of their hard work and are eager to learn new techniques, even experimenting with planting new crops. Chris ensures the Orang Asli are doing it the right way with hands-on training at his farm.

PACKAGE 1 – Impact 057: A curated selection of seasonal fruits and veggies, all for just RM57.
PACKAGE 2 – Impact 107: The deluxe package includes seasonal produce plus a choice of free-range chicken or the catch of the week, all for RM107.
