LUMUT: Several complaints which were previously raised about issues at Teluk Senangin, have now received attention from the responsible parties.
Among the improvements are the upgraded public toilets and the newly enhanced entrance arch to the popular Teluk Senangin resort area, which now looks more attractive.
This upgrade enhances the image of Teluk Senangin, especially for non-local visitors.
Pangkor State Assembly Member, Norhaslinda Zakaria, mentioned that she had visited the area to inspect the previously raised concerns.
“Alhamdulillah, several complaints that were brought to the attention of the relevant parties have been addressed.
“I would like to thank the Perak Chief Minister, Datuk Seri Saarani Mohamad, and the relevant agencies for their attention and action on the reported issues,” she said.
Actions have also been taken to upgrade the dangerous curves and risky roads.
Reflective arrow signs and flashing warning lights have been installed at sharp curves to alert drivers to be cautious at night.
Additionally, yellow lines have been marked on the straight road leading to the sharp curves to encourage drivers to reduce their speed before approaching the bends.
Hopefully, these measures will help prevent accidents at this location.
