IPOH: This area has been repeatedly polluted by illegal dumping left by irresponsible parties.
Even though the warning sign states that the area is monitored by closed-circuit television (CCTV), it has not been enough to deter litterbugs.
Such irresponsible behavior undermines efforts to make Ipoh free of illegal waste.
