TAIPING: A 57-year-old man died after jumping from the second floor of a hotel in Jalan Panggung Wayang, here today
According to Taiping District Police Chief, ACP Mohamad Nasir Ismail, his side received an emergency call regarding the incident at 5.51am.
He said further investigation found that the victim is believed to have committed suicide as a result of depression after suffering from a skin disease for a long time.
“The police conducted an investigation at the scene and found that the victim jumped from the second floor of the hotel.
“Further examination of the victim’s body did not find any elements of crime.
