IPOH: The Casuarina Hotel chain, located in Meru and Kuala Kangsar, has been honored with the prestigious Perak Tourism Award 2024 for its outstanding achievements.
Casuarina@Meru won the Excellence in Business Event Hotel Award, while Casuarina@Kuala Kangsar received the Best Cityscape Destination Award under the Best Destination Award category.
Casuarina Hotels is a subsidiary of the hospitality division of the Perak State Development Corporation (PKNPk) under Perak Corporation Berhad.
The achievements of both hotels reflect a strong commitment to providing excellent services to all visitors.
The Casuarina Hotel chain also offers comfortable facilities and accessibility for guests.
Each hotel, such as those in Meru and Kuala Kangsar, provides attractive accommodations tailored to the tourism appeal of their surroundings.
PKNPk Chief Executive Officer Datuk Redza Rafiq Abdul Razak stated that the awards recognize Casuarina for its excellent facilities and exceptional service standards.
“It is also a great honor and recognition of the dedication, hard work, and commitment among our team.
“This is strong evidence of the state government’s support in elevating Perak as a premier tourism hub through the Visit Perak Year 2024 campaign.
“We are grateful to Tourism Perak and our guests for this significant recognition,” he said.
He believes the award will encourage customers to choose these hotels as their preferred lodging destinations when visiting Ipoh, Perak.
