Tenants and Shoppers Experience a “Ghoulish Encounter” at Ipoh Parade

Little Ghouls and Goblins Roam the Mall in Celebration of Halloween

Ipoh Parade came alive with excitement on 15 October as 150 little ghouls and goblins took over the mall in a thrilling “Ghoulish Encounter” last Saturday. Rather than screams of terror, the Halloween celebration was filled with the joyful laughter of children. Led by spooky mascots and guarded by their parents, the young trick-or-treaters cheerfully “invaded” participating tenants, eagerly collecting sweet treats.

Dressed in their best Halloween costumes and armed with pumpkin baskets or Ipoh Parade shopping bags, the children enthusiastically shouted “trick-or-treat” as storekeepers handed out goodies.

Shoppers were introduced to the participating stores along the way, enhancing the festive spirit. “We’re grateful to the tenants for their support in making this event so much fun for the children,” said Lim Huey Tyng, Manager of Ipoh Parade’s Advertising and Promotions Department.

Beyond the Trick-or-Treat session, the mall offered a variety of engaging activities for children and shoppers alike. The Personalized Ghoulish Keychain Station proved especially popular, with wait times stretching up to two hours for those eager to create their own spooky keychain.

Children also enjoyed testing their speed and skills at the Mystery Cup Challenge and Saw Speed Showdown, competing for vouchers. Meanwhile, the Spooky Cookie Baking Workshop was in full swing, as kids eagerly tried their hands at crafting hauntingly delicious treats.

Participating tenants included Pandora, Kiehl’s, Hanzo, Tomei, LG PuriCare, Ebony Guitar, Pierre Cardin, Missha, Energized, A&W, SenQ, Starbucks, Say Cheese, Ampang Superbowl, Molly Fantasy, KBox Karaoke, Secret Nail Color, Carnival Nail Palace and Super Color.
