IPOH: Repair works have been conducted by the responsible authorities on a sinkhole previously reported by Ipoh Echo and Peraktastic.
The location of the sinkhole was at a three-way junction on Jalan Rapat Jaya, near the well-known Warung Seri Timur, famous for serving some of the best ‘nasi kerabu’ in Ipoh.
This road connects with Persiaran Industri Rapat, an area populated by small factories and workshops frequently accessed by heavy vehicles.
Although resurfacing has yet to be completed, the prompt response by authorities has provided reassurance to the public.
