IPOH: The Simpang Pulai-Cameron Highlands road remains closed to all vehicles until further notice.
The closure is to facilitate the ongoing clearing of landslide debris that occurred earlier.
According to the Kinta District Public Works Department, updates on the road’s reopening will be announced once the work is completed.
The road was initially closed on October 25 following a slope failure incident.
Motorists are advised to use alternative routes for travel in the meantime.
