IPOH: The Perak state government’s initiative in developing Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) has caught the attention of a youth group from India.
The Aspirations Centre for Children of Perak (PASAK) recently hosted a visit from a delegation of Indian Commonwealth youth from Shrishti School, Vellore.
The visit aimed to share and exchange views on youth issues and TVET.
The delegation was led by the principal of Shrishti School, Vellore, M. S. Saravanan, along with 35 students.
A dynamic interaction was held with the Director of PASAK, Aldrin Ng, and representatives from the agency.
This visit has resulted in the formation of a collaborative partnership between PASAK and the school.
As a result of this visit, the collaboration between Malaysia and India is strengthened, potentially creating new initiatives to develop youth and TVET in Perak to an international level.
