IPOH: The strong ties within the Taman Rishah community were further strengthened through the Thithikkum Deepavali 2024 celebration, held at Taman Bola Padang Rishah.
The event was organized by the Taman Rishah Residents’ Association and the Taman Rishah 1B Neighborhood Watch Club.
The Chairman of the Taman Rishah 1B KRT, Jayaprakash Bhaskaran, said the event aimed to celebrate Deepavali with local residents from various ethnic backgrounds.
He added that such celebrations help foster better relationships within the community as they come together to celebrate festivals in a spirit of unity and goodwill.
The event was also attended by Datuk Md Anuar Ibrahim and Datin Siti Aishah, owners of Siri Aishah Gold Shop on Jalan Silibin; Aziz Coo from Midas Technology College Batu Gajah; and Inspector Maikal, the Head of the Taman Rishah Police Station.
