IPOH: The grass has grown lush like a grazing field.
This is the sight of the open area next to the Ipoh KTMB Station, visible to anyone who parks there, including tourists.
Previously, the area housed game vendors and food stalls but was closed due to the construction of a new courthouse complex.
The issue, however, is that leaving the area in the heart of Ipoh City overrun with waist-high grass raises questions.
It could be due to the rainy season, which has caused the grass to grow vigorously, as grass cutting work could not be carried out.
Nevertheless, to the naked eye, it seems the area has been neglected since the market stalls were shut down.
This certainly spoils the view of Ipoh City, which we all hold dear.
