Pakistani Man Dies After Car Crashes Into Palm Tree

BATU GAJAH: A Pakistani man was killed after the Perodua Myvi he was driving reportedly lost control and crashed into a palm tree along Jalan Kampung Bali earlier today.

According to Assistant Director of Operations for the Perak Fire and Rescue Department (JBPM), Sabarodzi Nor Ahmad, the impact of the collision caused the vehicle, driven by the 54-year-old victim, to spin out of control.

“We received an emergency call about the incident at 9:58 AM, and a team from the Seri Iskandar Fire and Rescue Station was dispatched to the scene,” he said.

The victim was pronounced dead at the scene by medical personnel from the Ministry of Health.

“The operations team used a hydraulic cutter to unlock the car door. Firefighters then extricated the victim using a stretcher and handed the body over to the police for further action,” Sabarodzi explained on Monday.
