Car Boot Sale at MBI Terrace: Stringent Monitoring, Overwhelming Response

IPOH – The Ipoh City Council (MBI) continued monitoring the car boot sale operations at MBI Terrace last night to ensure traders adhered to the regulations in place.

The monitoring involved collaboration between MBI’s Enforcement and Safety Department and the Public Health and Urban Services Department.

According to an official statement, this second day of operations aims to ensure smooth proceedings while maintaining the quality of the trading site environment.

“All participating traders have been issued trading passes by MBI’s Facility Management Department. This step was taken to ensure compliance with the established guidelines,” the statement read.

The Car Boot Sale at MBI Terrace has reportedly received an overwhelming response. Visitors expressed satisfaction with the improved and well-organised environment, making the location a new attraction for night shopping activities.

MBI’s efforts align with the government’s aspirations to create conducive business spaces for all parties, simultaneously providing economic opportunities for the local community.
