IPOH: The Ipoh City Council (MBI) has addressed the issue of a signboard obscured by overgrown trees on Jalan Sri Tanjong near Manjoi.
According to an MBI spokesperson, the council carried out the task of trimming banana trees and other plants, as well as clearing the area last Sunday.
In the latest photos shared, the signboard, which reads ‘Kompleks Gugusan Manjoi’ near the Manjoi Police Station, is now clearly visible.
Last Friday, Ipoh Echo/Peraktastic reported that the signboard was obstructed by two banana trees and several other green plants, making it difficult for the public to read the text on the sign.
Thanks to the relevant authorities for taking prompt action.
