IPOH: The uneven and sunken road near Jalan Lasam here could cause damage to vehicles passing through it.
A survey of the road found that it has sunk quite deeply, posing a danger to motorcyclists, especially those moving at high speeds.
According to one of the complainants, the problem has been ongoing for a long time, but no repair work has been carried out.
He added that for those unfamiliar with the road, they are likely to hit the dip, which could cause the car to lose control.
“The dip in the road is quite deep, and at night or when it rains, it is particularly dangerous for road users.
“It is hoped that the authorities will repair it immediately to prevent more serious accidents,” he said.
