TUI BLUE The Haven Ipoh once again brings back the cherished traditions of iftar with a spread of authentic flavours that tantalize the taste buds.
From March 3 to March 29, 2025, the Sajian Ramadan buffet at Cuisines The Restaurant promises an exclusive gastronomic experience in a serene and tranquil setting.
This Iftar features over 60 exquisite dishes, showcasing time-honoured recipes rich in aroma and flavour.
As in previous years, the most anticipated dish is undoubtedly the Sup Gearbox. This signature menu item is highly sought after during Ramadan and is slow-cooked with a special blend of spices, its rich broth and tender meat offer unparalleled indulgence in Ipoh.
Another highlight is the Rendang Tok Daging Lembut, prepared using a cherished heritage recipe. The succulent beef, infused with a medley of spices, makes it a top choice for lovers of traditional cuisine.
Meanwhile, the Udang Masak Berempah, featuring large, juicy prawns, delivers a perfect balance of spice and fragrance. It is further enhanced when enjoyed with fresh local salads and herb-infused kerabu.
For grilled food enthusiasts, the Kambing Bakar is a must-try. Marinated with a selection of premium spices, its tender texture and tantalising smoky aroma make it a crowd favourite.
The Itik Salai Masak Lemak Cili Padi, on the other hand, offers a unique combination of smoky flavours and rich, creamy turmeric gravy, evoking fond memories of home-cooked meals in the village.
Adding to the feast, a special live food station, helmed by experienced chefs, serves an enticing variety of side dishes such as cucur udang, satay, and barbecue selections.
No iftar experience is complete without indulging in a spread of traditional Malay kuih-muih, perfectly paired with freshly brewed coffee to round off the meal.

The buffet is priced at RM99 per adult (normal price RM118), while children aged 6-12 and senior citizens aged 65 and above can dine for RM85 (normal price RM99).
