IPOH: After two years of hiatus, Laman Manjoi Restaurant (RLM) has reopened its doors, offering a wide range of dishes that are sure to delight food lovers.
Located in the heart of Gugusan Manjoi, the restaurant serves a blend of authentic flavours from Vietnam, Chinese Muslim, Malay, and Mamak cuisines, with each dish prepared with meticulous care to ensure a perfect taste.
Previously, RLM was renowned for its traditional Selera Kampung and Chinese Muslim dishes, crafted with time-honoured methods.
Now, the restaurant has introduced a more exciting menu, featuring Vietnamese dishes expertly handled by a chef with over 30 years of experience.
Though the selection of Vietnamese dishes is limited, each one is prepared with precision to preserve its authentic flavours.
Some must-try Vietnamese dishes include Vietnamese Rolls, Beef Pho, Banh Khot, and Banh Xeo.
For coffee lovers, a cup of Vietnamese Coffee, rich, sweet, and aromatic, will perfectly complement the meal.
For seafood enthusiasts, RLM also offers a Seafood Shellout and Steamboat menu at just RM20 per person — an interactive dining experience perfect for family and friends.
In conjunction with Ramadan, the restaurant has introduced Dome Sets with options such as Nasi Kandar, Chinese Muslim, or Selera Kampung, starting at RM22 per person.
In addition, Laman Manjoi is offering a special promotion until February 28, 2025. Customers can enjoy Siakap dishes in various flavours at a special price of RM15 per fish.
For those who love spiced soups, Sup Gearbox is available in small (RM15) and large (RM30) portions.
Special Iftar Delights
Laman Manjoi is also a top choice for those looking to break their fast in a welcoming and comfortable environment.
The restaurant offers well-curated Iftar Dome Sets, featuring two options: the Chinese Muslim Dome Set and Nasi Kandar Dome Set, ideal for sharing with family and friends.
The Iftar & Moreh packages include Set A (4 pax) – 5 dishes (RM88 nett), Set B (6 pax) – 6 dishes (RM132 nett), Set C (8 pax) – 7 dishes (RM176 nett), and Set D (10 pax) – 8 dishes (RM220 nett).
Orders must be placed before 2 pm on the same day to ensure availability of the food sets.
For weddings, the restaurant also offers packages starting at just RM15 per person with a minimum of 200 guests.
With a variety of menu options, authentic flavours, and reasonable prices, Laman Manjoi Restaurant has once again become a go-to destination for food enthusiasts in Ipoh.
