Cleanest Toilet Competition Award 2025 returns

IPOH: A toilet is not just a place for relieving oneself; it also reflects the cleanliness of a premises.

Whether in homes, offices, shopping malls, or public places, toilets are essential spaces that matter.

For this reason, the Ministry of Housing and Local Government (KPKT) through the Department of Local Government (JKT) is once again organizing the Toilet of The Year Award (TOTYA) Edition 2025.

TOTYA is an engaging initiative by KPKT to raise public awareness on the importance of maintaining toilet cleanliness.

It aims to enhance the country’s image in preparation for Visit Malaysia Year 2026.

There are eight award categories up for competition, covering local authorities, schools, restaurants, and hotels.

Other categories include petrol stations, shopping malls, rest and service areas, and places of worship.

All interested parties wishing to participate in this competition can submit their entries before April 30, 2025.
