The MyJalan KKR app allows you to report road damage and provides the public with an easy way to file complaints about roads, street lights, and more.
All information can be submitted by taking pictures of the road damage and infrastructure using a smartphone.
There are 10 types of complaints you can report, including traffic lights, street lights, potholes, damaged roads, road markings, landslides, obstacles, signboards, and public facilities.
