1,500 RXZ riders celebrate iftar with orphans

LUMUT: Willing to travel from afar to celebrate iftar with orphaned children.

This is what more than 1,500 members of the RXZ Rider Club North did to liven up the iftar event with the orphans of Yayasan Addin at Bako-Bako Resto Marina Island here.

The riders came from various parts of the country, including Kuala Lumpur, Kedah, parts of Perak, and Ipoh. The furthest riders came from Kuantan, Pahang.

The owner of Bako-Bako Marina Island, Akmal Mad Radzi, said this was one of the largest gatherings of customers for iftar at the location.

He mentioned that the group was led by the Chairman of the RXZ Rider Club North, Mat Jali @ Ghazali.

“Bako-Bako Resto at Marina Island, Lumut, is one of the hot spots here offering a variety of dishes, especially seafood, which is famous.

“The presence of about 1,500 RXZ riders made today’s event very lively,” he said.

He also mentioned that the launch of the Fenomena Buffet 2025 @Bako-Bako Resto 1.0 at Marina Island, Lumut, was held at the same time.

Both events were officiated by the Member of the Perak State Legislative Assembly (ADUN) for Pangkor, Norhaslinda Zakaria.

Meanwhile, Norhaslinda welcomed the arrival of the motorcycle club members, noting that this helps promote tourism and attractions in the area.

The program concluded with the presentation of duit raya (holiday money) and hampers from the organizers and Norhaslinda to the orphans who were celebrated.
