MANJUNG: A new location, set to be a major attraction for visitors, is nearing completion and receiving its final touches.
The Doodle Art mural project is one of the initiatives to beautify the city with creative and artistic elements.
It also aims to establish a unique identity for Seri Manjung as a tourism destination based on arts and culture.
The Manjung Municipal Council (MPM) has announced that the Doodle Art project will not only enhance the city’s landscape but also serve as a symbol of creativity.
This is part of efforts to make Manjung a more competitive tourism and maritime city.
“This initiative aligns with MPM’s commitment to strengthening the municipal services system effectively and efficiently.
“Among other things, we aim to improve public spaces to be more inclusive, attractive, and community-friendly.
“MPM is committed to enhancing the development of arts and creativity for the well-being and prosperity of the community,” the statement said.
Earlier, MPM held a site visit to assess the progress of the Doodle Art mural project.
The visit was attended by MPM President Muhammad Faizal Shah Safian Suri, along with Afzal Mohsin, the Chief Corporate Affairs and Sustainability Officer for Asia Pacific (VALE).
