IPOH: After the Raya holidays, the public can resume blood donations to replenish the supply at the Blood Bank of Hospital Raja Permaisuri Bainun (HRPB) in Ipoh.
The HRPB Blood Donation Unit will operate from April 2 (Wednesday) to April 4 (Friday) from 8 am to 5 pm.
Heroic donors are encouraged to step forward and donate blood to ensure the HRPB Blood Bank maintains a safe supply level.
It is understood that platelet supplies at the HRPB Blood Bank are also running low.
In addition, blood donation drives are held at AEON Kinta City, AEON Station 18, and AEON Klebang from 11am to 4pm daily.
