Klinik Zabrina 24 Jam has taken the initiative to aid the community, especially the needy, during pandemic by serving vegetarian lunch for 100 pax every Sunday for five consecutive Sundays on May 24, May 31, June 7, June 14 and June 21 respectively.
A joint effort with Steven Chaw, assemblyman for Menglembu, the initiative is registered with and has the clearance of the relevant authorities including the Kinta District Social Welfare Office.
Dr Dalviear Singh Gill, Managing Director of Klinik Zabrina 24 Jam explained, “In these difficult times, we felt the calling to support each other and the community, particularly the lower income group and those in need. They are assured of a hot, nutritious and well balanced vegetarian meal at our premises from 12.30pm onwards on five consecutive Sundays.”
In addition, doctors and staff of Klinik Zabrina follow all prescribed safety protocols including wearing masks, sanitising, taking temperatures, recording contact numbers and maintaining social distance.
The food is packed for takeaway and no dining is allowed on premises.
Period: Every Sunday beginning May 24 till June 21.
