Some 2,969 candidates will be sitting for the second session of the 2020 Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) (Malaysian Certificate of Education) examinations at 197 exam centres around the country starting today (April 6) until April 23.
The Ministry of Education (MOE) Malaysia’s Examination Board stated that the session is for candidates who could not attend the previous one from February 22 to March 25 earlier this year due to COVID-19-positive diagnosis or quarantine order.
The board’s statement added, candidates involved in the second SPM session are reminded to refer to the schedule in obtaining information on the date, time, exam code and paper of each subject, as well as the rules to abide by during the course of examinations.
“Candidates are also reminded to bring along their self-identification documents and exam registration statement while entering the exam centre.
“Also, candidates are to adhere to guidelines of centre appraisal and public exam management as included in the School Management and Operations Under the New Norm 2.0 guideline issued by MOE and implemented SOPs,” the statement elaborated.
The second SPM exam session schedule can be downloaded from the Examination Board’s official portal at http://lp.moe.gov.my/.
