Dato’ Sri Ismail Sabri Yaakob, Senior Minister (Security Cluster) via a live media conference today (May 4) announced several SOPs related to the upcoming Hari Raya Aidilfitri.
For areas placed under Recovery Movement Control Order (RMCO), festive visits (ziarah hari raya) are permitted from the first to the third day of Syawal only with no more than 25 guests at a time in accordance with the size of house and with physical distancing.
Home owners are encouraged to prepare temperature screening tools and a MySejahtera QR code or a book to record the names and contact numbers of visitors.
Besides that, visits to graves (ziarah tanah kubur) in areas placed under RMCO are permitted with a limit of not more than 6 people per grave, lasting no longer than 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, the organisation of open house is not permitted for all areas (MCO, EMCO, CMCO and RMCO).
