Institut Darul Ridzuan (IDR) has held project management training to systematically strengthen its project management skills.
It is also to increase creative and innovative thinking among IDR officers.
This interactive exercise brought the introduction and development of strategic project management disciplines to the participants.
Led by Chief Operating Officer, Azizul Hakim Abd. Karim, it also gave exposure to officers on best practices in project management.
In addition, it is able to apply an orderly and systematic work culture in project and programme management.
This capacity building programme will be actively implemented in IDR’s efforts towards developing knowledgeable and competent talent for the 21st century.
