New Year, New Problems for Park@Perak

The Park@Perak app has been going through technical issues since the new year. The Ipoh City Council (MBI) made a Facebook post informing the public of the issue.
The issues were seemingly fixed by the next day.
But two days ago, MBI informed the public that the app is once again going through technical issues.
During this time, no compounds will be issued.
The public have noted to MBI that the money balance in their Park@Perak accounts have become zero, with some reporting that they can’t even top up their accounts.
MBI assures the public that the balance amounts are still in their database and will be restored once the technical issues are settled. Further inquiries can be made to the Car Parking Unit at 05-2254377 / 4388 / 4399
