The Malaysian Ministry of Education (KPM) informed that scheduling re-examination of the Malaysian Certificate of Education (SPM) in 2022 will be held on March 16 to 22, 2023.
Today’s KPM media statement said the rescheduling of the exam involves candidates who are unable to sit for the exam because they are affected by a flood disaster and candidates confirmed positive for COVID-19.
Rescheduling for the candidates involved will be managed by the Department of State Education (JPN).
Information related to the date, time, code and paper for the exam that needs to be sat will be notified by JPN to the candidate as well as the schools involved.
Candidates are also advised to contact the line Examination Board (LP) and JPN movement rooms throughout the country such as in the attachment for detailed scheduling information to repeat the SPM exam in 2022.
KPM will continue to monitor the flood situation and preparations in terms of logistics, preparation of examination centres and the appointment of examination officers to ensure that the rescheduling of the SPM exam in 2022 is implemented smoothly and regularly.
KPM also prays that all candidates can sit the exam in a healthy, safe and peaceful manner.
