A total solar eclipse will be taking place this Thursday, April 20th, from 11:05 AM to 12:47 PM, lasting for an estimated 1 hour and 42 minutes.
The eclipse will be at its maximum at 11:55 AM.
However, always be mindful to take the necessary precautions when viewing a solar eclipse by wearing solar viewers as viewing the sun directly can cause eclipse blindness, or in other words, solar retinopathy.
Alternative safe ways to view the solar eclipse can be found online.
