IPOH: A meeting and crime prevention dialogue session was held with residents of the Ipoh Timor Parliamentary/Canning State Assembly constituency at the Dewan Silver Star, Kampung Simee.
It was attended by Ipoh District Police Chief, Assistant Police Commissioner, Yahaya Hassan.
Also present were Member of Parliament for Ipoh Timor, Howard Lee Chuan How and Deputy Speaker of the Perak State Assembly and Member of the Canning Area State Assembly, Jenny Choy Tsi Jen.
This dialogue session aims to approach the local community and get feedback from the community on current issues involving police assignments.
The presence of the public is also very encouraging and the local residents are very concerned about security issues in their residential areas.
There will also be an exhibition of crime prevention and police vehicle assets.
