Ipoh’s pace may be fast, but a serene escape awaits you. The Greentown Indian Cultural Society invites all residents to a revitalising yoga session that promises to rejuvenate both body and soul – and yes, it’s absolutely free!

Set your alarm for August 26th, 2023, at the tranquil Chettiar Temple Hall on Jalan Lahat, where the event kicks off at 7:30 AM.

Dr. Shree Sandeep Wankhade, a Yoga Master, and Therapist from New Delhi, will lead the session. With advanced training and a specialisation in Ashtanga principles, Dr. Wankhade is renowned for his expertise. His teachings have found a home at the Netaju Subhash Chandra Bose Indian Cultural Centre in Kuala Lumpur.

Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, everyone is welcome. Yoga’s benefits are universal and transformative, no matter your level of experience.

This gathering holds significance beyond self-improvement – it’s also a celebration of International Yoga Day. Last year’s successful event at Polo Ground Ipoh set the stage for this year’s even more enriching experience.

Open to all without any cost, bring your friends, family, and neighbours along. Breakfast will be provided, ensuring you’re fuelled for a rewarding day ahead.

This event is proudly presented by the Greentown Indian Cultural Society, in collaboration with the Netaju Subash Chandra Bose Indian Cultural Centre in KL and the esteemed High Commission of India.

ADMISSION is FREE. All are welcome!
