TAIPING: Sekolah Kebangsaan Ngah Ibrahim (SKNI) here now has a multimedia studio facility to hone the talents of its students in new media skills.

Established in 1896, this school has 140 students.

This is the result of a donation from Toyo Tyre Malaysia Sdn Bhd (TTM) as part of their continuous corporate social responsibility (CSR) to support education in Malaysia.

The donation amounts to RM25,000 of multimedia equipment, which includes 2 55-inch Smart TVs, 2 desktop computers, a set of mini multimedia studio equipment including lights, a table, a green screen, and a digital camera.

This equipment will be used to establish a mini studio at SKNI.

This facility will be used by students not only for recording music, podcasts, and audio and video content but also as a method of teaching and learning.

This new transformation is in line with the ‘School Transformation Program 2025.’

The presentation of this multimedia studio equipment donation was carried out by TTM’s Managing Director, Mike Toh, to the Principal of SK Ngah Ibrahim, Ismail Ibrahim.

According to Toh, they are committed to supporting the education of the younger generation in Malaysia.

“We believe that everyone should have the opportunity to explore their creativity and have a transformative learning environment, and we hope that this donation will help students at SKNI achieve exceptional accomplishments,” he said.
