IPOH: Entrepreneurs, farmers, breeders, and fishermen in this state should take the opportunity to attend the National Farmers, Breeders, and Fishermen Day 2023 (HPPNK) starting this Saturday.
To be held at the Sultan Azlan Shah Roundabout in Bandar Meru Raya, it is the best opportunity for these groups to gain various information.
HPPNK is organized by the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Security (KPKM) in cooperation with the Perak state government.
Director of the Perak State Entrepreneur Secretariat (STeP), Mohamad Roslan Mohamed Razalli said that this is also the first time Perak has been chosen as the host.
According to him, HPPNK also serves as a platform for farmers, breeders, and fishermen to promote their agricultural products.
“Entrepreneurs, farmers, breeders, and fishermen in Perak should attend this national-level program and see for themselves the assistance, grants, guidance, loans, and more provided by various ministries and government agencies.
“Take this opportunity because it is the first time such a large-scale national program is being held in Perak,” he said.
He further stated that as an agency related to entrepreneurship, STeP also helps promote HPPNK, including those who want to venture into entrepreneurship.
HPPNK also introduces the latest agricultural technology while opening up business opportunities for entrepreneurs in the agricultural sector.
Featuring a new concept, HPPNK involves the whole family with a special attraction for young people through four main focuses: Agro Milenia, Technology and Innovation, Sejahtera Madani, and Agro Madani.
Agro Madani is the main focus of KPKM, with five main segments such as Agro Madani Sales, food, basic agricultural industries, fruits, and plants/flowers.
