IPOH: After spending several wonderful years of learning and growing at Kinder Labz, the time had finally come for 88 little bees to leave their hives and venture out into the great big world.
Before saying their final goodbyes last Saturday (18 November 2023), the group of 6-year-olds from Kinder Labz Jalan Woodward and Bandar Baru Sri Klebang, as well as Tadika Ilmu Cemerlang Seri Kembangan, put on a most unforgettable performance for their proud parents and guardians.
With their heads held high and grins beaming on their cute faces, the Class of 2023 sang their school song “Kinder Labz Bees Are The Best” with great enthusiasm one last time together.
Having learnt to be outspoken and to have self-confidence throughout their time at Kinder Labz, students assigned to deliver welcoming and thank you speeches as well as those tasked with recounting their journey at Kinder Labz, did so with much courage and eloquence.
Next up was a Flamenco Dance by Amber Class, followed by Lilac Class doing a modern Chinese dance and a scene from the Wild Wild West by the graduating bees of Bandar Baru Sri Klebang. The crowd was further enthralled by a Funky Dance by Blossom Class, Belly Dance by Daisy Class, and a Bollywood Dance by Daffodil Class.
In her speech, Bonanza Educare Executive Director Ms Evelyn Chen said the little bees leaving Kinder Labz was a joyous occasion as it marked the beginning of a new and exciting chapter in their life journey.
“As we reflect on the journey of our little graduates, from their first day here to this graduation moment, I can’t help but marvel at their incredible transformation. From their initial steps into our kindergarten to now, I’ve observed not only physical growth but also the blossoming of confidence in each and every one of them,” she said.
“Confidence is a powerful force that will shape how these children grow up. And now, it’s time for you, parents, and their future teachers to take the lead.
“Let us stand united in our commitment to these bright young minds. As they embark on this new chapter, let’s reaffirm our belief in their abilities,” Chen added.
Kinder Labz offers four hour, half day and full day programmes for Pre-Nursery (2-3 years old), Nursery (3-4 years old), K1 (5 years old), and K2 (6 years old).
Fees for Jalan Woodward and Bandar Baru Sri Klebang for the upcoming school term are RM400 (four hours), RM600 (half day) and RM700 (full day) whereas fees for its Seri Kembangan hive are RM525 (four hours), RM725 (half day) and RM825 (full day).
Kinder Labz also has a Before & After School Club (BASC) programme, which gives primary students an extra hand with homework and also additional practices to help them keep up with school.
