IPOH: All levels of the Perak state’s residents need to understand the Perak Prosperity Plan 2030 as a vision for the future.
The main agendas outlined in Pelan Perak Sejahtera 2030 involve food security, digital economy, responsible mining, the Malaysia TVET corridor, data-driven decision-making, and state-interest project management.
Menteri Besar Perak, Datuk Seri Saarani Mohamad, stated that this plan is designed for the benefit of every segment of the population without anyone being left behind.
He emphasized that the informational sessions, including those for campus residents and school students, are crucial for the future generation of the state of Perak.
“We, government officials are just planners, this development plan is preparation for the current and future generations.
“”For example, a 17-year-old school student in 7 years approaching 2030 will be 24, having completed higher education and about to enter the workforce.
“So, the Pelan Perak Sejahtera 2030 is a blueprint for the well-being of the people, providing job opportunities and prospering the state’s economy,” he added.
He said this during the Appreciation and Networking Session together with the Stakeholders and Media Perak Sejahtera 2030 here.
Saarani further mentioned that the information sessions held throughout the year have enlightened a significant portion of the target groups.
“The involvement of stakeholders and the media in driving the agenda of Perak Sejahtera 2030 is crucial in fostering responsibility and ownership of this plan.”
“In the end, people from various layers and groups can collectively take pride in realizing every pure aspiration contained within it.
“I appreciate the media colleagues who tirelessly share stories of the people touched by the Pelan Perak Sejahtera 2030 plan,” he said.
