Where exactly is the ‘brain’ of the person who throws garbage on the street corners like this? Even though it’s wrapped, when thrown on the roadside, it tends to scatter, believed to be done by stray dogs. If left for a couple of days, the garbage will become infested with maggots and emit a foul smell.
