In Ipoh, a recurring issue arises as a few residents casually dispose of rubbish, particularly in the rear areas of premises, which seem to become hotspots for illegal dumping. Could this be due to a lack of waste bins?
In the attached image, intentionally dumped rubbish is strewn across a parking area.
