IPOH: “Thanks to the Ipoh City Council for their swift and caring response to every complaint from the public,” said one pedestrian user of the pathway along Jalan Sultan Abdul Jalil.
Munirah Amran, 45, a private sector employee, said she now feels safer and more comfortable every time she walks through the pedestrian pathway that was previously blocked by tree branches.
“Previously, this pathway was obstructed by large and low-hanging tree branches. Sometimes I had to step onto the roadside to avoid the branches covering the path.
“MBI’s action in trimming and clearing the tree branches has relieved those of us who use this pathway. We no longer have to worry about traffic vehicles from behind and can avoid various dangers without realizing it,” she told Ipoh Echo/Peraktastic.
