Lama Gelong Sangyay Tendzin to deliver talk at Tin Alley

Resilience, compassion and gratitude. These are the tenets that will be discussed by Lama Gelong Sangyay Tendzin near the end of this month.

This will take place on April 28, from 10 am to 12 pm, at Tin Alley, which is located at 1, Lorong Bijeh Timah, 30000, Ipoh; he will give a talk on this topic. The talk will be in English but with a Chinese interpreter.

Light refreshments will be served.

In addition, Tng-Dzong Ipoh Buddhist Association will also be holding sessions throughout the latter half of the month, to be held at No. 18 Jalan Kelantan, Canning Garden, 31400 Ipoh.

The first set of sessions they will hold will be regarding Understanding the Buddhist Path, which will be held from April 18 to 21. There will be 2 sessions per day, from 8 am to 10 am and 5 pm to 7 pm respectively.

The second set of sessions will be on the topic of Samatha Meditation, which will take place on April 22 to 26. There will be 2 sessions per day, from 8 am to 10 am and 5 pm to 7 pm respectively.
